VIBE is a form of Digital Signage that enables you to create, manage and distribute your digital communication content onto your displays. You’ll need our ‘media player software’ to run the digital signage, which can either be; integrated in your LG Screen via LG's System-on-Chip (SoC) technology, or any media player hardware that runs; Windows, Linux (Ubuntu) or Android.

Count the number of displays/screens needed for communal areas of your business and through-out all branch locations. IE: How many displays (TV/Projector/LED) will be showing VIBE digital channel? This will guide you on the Pricing Plan to choose.

Slide Builder Template

VIBE includes a more comprehensive template named the ‘Slide builder’ which is responsive for both landscape and portrait screens. Image & text placeholders can be changed as you wish, which include; Title text, Summary text, plus Images for a Logo, Main Image and Background. Choose from 3 pre-set layouts, set background and text colours, then have a play with the animation settings for transitioning the elements on-screen. This slide is perfect for stand-alone messages that need your viewers’ attention.

With our Growth and Enterprise subscriptions, Slide Builder will be customised to match your logo, brand colours and selected fonts.

Infotainment Streams

Informative entertainment is designed to be ever-changing and to engage your viewers. This dynamic streaming content will grab people's attention and hold it. We maintain the infotainment streams on your behalf, which greatly reduces the time you need to spend managing your communication channel. 

We are regularly adding new Infotainment streams, customising streams by time of year (i.e. Easter, Valentines, Xmas Jokes) and producing streams for high profile sporting events (i.e. America’s Cup, Olympics, World Cup Soccer and Rugby etc), which insures your content remains fresh and relevant.

Note: All content, managed via automated feeds (i.e. Weather, Traffic Cameras, Exchange Rates etc), are being refreshed with new information every 5 - 10 mins

Social Media Mashup

Create an impact, encourage staff generated content and make your mark with Social Media Mashup; one of the hottest visual marketing tools for leveraging the power of now and social media within your organisation.

Inspire employees to interact in real time using their own phone or tablet and broadcast their posts, pics or tweets. This ingenious tool takes social media feeds from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and streams them in a single snapshot for maximum effect. 

A ‘campaign’ is a mashup of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram feeds (#Hashtags, @mentions, Account or Location posts) mashed-up into a single visual experience. There is no limit to the number of “feeds” driving a single campaign nor the number screens a campaign can be presented on.

Moderation of posts are available within the Social Media management interface along with the ability to pin posts, block uses and manage existing & new campaigns.

By default, the Growth plan includes 1x Campaign and Enterprise includes Unlimited Campaigns. You can upgrade your preferred plan as follows:

  • Upgrade the Start Up plan to include the Social Media Mashup plugin @ $110/month for 1x Campaign or $350/month for Unlimited Campaigns

WebView Channel Licenses

The Web View significantly increases the reach of your VIBE to desk-bound and remote workers by providing staff with the ability to view the communication channel from any Web Browser. Your IT department also have the option of linking the Web View within your desktop Screen Saver via a 3rd party screen saver tool. 

By default, the Growth plan includes 1x WebView channel and Enterprise subscription 3x WebView channels.

Upgrade the Start Up plan to include the WebView plugin @ $2500 (Onboarding Fee).

Note: A Digital Signage license is required for each WebView channel, view-able by an unlimited number of devices.

Automated Content Streams

Automated Content Streams enable VIBE to seamlessly integrate into your digital workplace. We do this by integrating with your existing applications (I.e. SharePoint, Google Sheets etc) to pull the content from the source, which greatly reduces the amount of time you spend administering your content within VIBE. 

With our content integrations, we selectively pull through the relevant content to display on screen in its raw form. The data is then presented visually via a Dynamic Slide using animation and transitions to ensure the content is eye catching and engaging. 

A Dynamic Slide is required for each visual collection of automated content. To find out more about Dynamic Slides, click on the Info icon under ‘How many Dynamic Slides?’

By default, the Growth plan includes 1x (Low or Mid Tier) Automated Content Stream and Enterprise includes 3x (Low or Mid Tier) Automated Content Streams.

Training

Training

How to Videos and Knowledge Base articles are available for all subscription options. Growth and Enterprise subscribers have the option of attending a training session at our office for 1 - 2 hours. We offer onsite VIBE Training for the Enterprise subscription. Travel to an Auckland Location is included. Onsite training outside the Auckland region is available on request. An additional cost to cover travel will be submitted for approval before training is confirmed.

VIBE Care Agreement

We have three levels of VIBE support depending on your subscription tier:

  • Start Up – our base level of support with 30mins of inclusive support time for telephone and email support requests.
  • Growth – our Total Care Agreement support with 3 hours of inclusive time per month. Clients can take advantage of a range of varied in-house services including: general support, content load management and design services to help you get the most from your digital signage activities.
  • Enterprise – Our Premium Care Agreement is our highest-level support package. It is an essential solution for clients whose digital communication channel is a critical element of their business, as it ensures absolute priority of support over the other levels of client. The package includes 24/7 Monitoring of your content management platform, priority responsive times and 6 hours of inclusive time, which can be used on a range of services from support through to design and management of your slides.

Dynamic Slides 

Our Dynamic slides are created by our design and development team to your own business requirements and delivers a superior visual experience. These slides can be linked to an API or data feed (XML, CSV, RSS, XLS etc), which will remove the need for you to manually administer. Alternatively, we can set up an easy to use web interface to make it easy for you to manage your slide content via our Web Portal or Mobile App. Slide animation and transitions will be tailored to your content needs, which will ensure the content is eye catching and engaging.

We have two Dynamic Slide options for you to choose from:
